Q1: Are you a trading company or manufactory?
A: We are an experienced manufactory for over 20 years.
Q2: Do you offer design solution for our products?
A: Custom design work is our specialty, we have own excellent designer to offer various design solutions based on your individual requirements. We can help you develop smart, functional and user-friendly packaging solution.
Q3: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally 7-10 days, it is according to the quantity.
Q4: Can you do custom order?
A: Yes, we accept OEM/ODM orders. You can tell us directly about your requests; we'll provide our professional advice to you. For designing, we do need an original file which we can move or make adjustments on any part of the design, such as PDF, AI, CDR.
Q5:Do you provide samples ? Is it free or extra?
A: Yes. Within 2 days for stock samples only need to bear the freigh. 5-7 days for customized sample, sample fee is USD$100, can refund after order amount over $1000.
Q6: What are your terms of payment?
A: 30% T/T in advance, balance 70% before shipment
