1.How long can I expect to receive my order after I paid?

It really depends on the product. If standard products, we normally keep them in stock, so lead time is less than a week. If customized products, lead time is normally over 12 days, may various based on schedule of our workshop. 

2. What's your packing method?

CannaAroma provide standard export carton packing to make sure succefully delivery. 
We also accept special packing method according to customer's request.


3. How do you ship the finished products?

We provide various shipping methods, By sea,  By Air etc. We are partnered with FedEx/DHL/UPS, so we can get good rate for you.  

4. The way of payment?

We accept all kinds of payment, such as T/T, L/C, Paypal, etc.

We will make samples, and perform multiple internal testing before mass production; We inspect during production; We perform random inspection before packaging;
